From Monday to Friday, we process your order within 24 hours.

When you order from AdornPay, your package is shipped by PostNL (within the Netherlands) or DPD/PostNL (outside the Netherlands). Shipping (within the Netherlands) is free.

PostNL

If you choose ‘PostNL package’, your package will be delivered by a PostNL courier. With this shipping method, you will receive a track & trace code, allowing you to follow your package from the moment it is shipped until delivery.

Want to return a package? For returning a product (within the Netherlands), a fee of €7.99 will be charged. Please contact our customer service at support@adornpay.nl or request your return via your customer account. You will then receive a return label by email. Place the return label on the box and drop off the package at a PostNL point near you.

Note: returns from abroad are at your own expense, so make sure you are certain of your ring size before ordering a ring. Check the correct size in our size chart. Or order our Ring sizer here.

Shipping costs to foreign countries are calculated during checkout.
