Delivery time & shipping costs

We process your order within 24 hours from Monday to Friday.

When you order from AdornPay, your package will be shipped by PostNL (within NL) or DPD (outside NL). When you place an order above €100, shipping (within the Netherlands) is free. Below this amount we charge shipping costs. 

PostNL 

If you choose 'PostNL package', your package will be delivered by a PostNL delivery person. With this shipping method you will receive a track & trace code, with which you can follow your package from the moment of shipment until delivery. At PostNL the average delivery time is 1-2 working days. Do you want to return a package? Then complete it online return form , stick the return label (download via the returns portal) on the box and hand in the package at a PostNL point near you. 

The shipping costs within the Netherlands (for amounts under €100) with PostNL are €7.95. 

Shipping costs abroad are calculated during checkout.
