Introduction 

This Privacy Policy describes the practices of AdornPay B.V. ("we", "us" or "the Company") in relation to information collected from users who access our website through https://adornpay.com/, or who otherwise share personal data with us (collectively, "Users").  

Reasons for data collection  

Processing of your personal data (i.e. any information from which your identity may be identified by reasonable means; hereinafter “ Personal Data ”) is necessary for the performance of our contractual obligations to you and for the provision of of our services to you, to protect our legitimate interests and to comply with our financial and legal obligations.

What kind of data do we collect? 

We collect two types of data and information from Users.  

The first type of information is de-identified and non-identifiable information related to one or more User(s), which may be made available or collected through your use of the Site ("Non-Personal Information"). We are not aware of the identity of any User from whom Non-Personal Information has been collected. How do we protect your data?
