- You can easily exchange and return via our online backomgeving.
- You can register the product for return within 30 days of receipt without giving any reason, provided it meets our return conditions, then you have 14 days to actually return the product. You will then be refunded the full order amount including shipping costs.
- We will use the same payment method for the refund as was used for the original transaction.
- We strive to process and refund your return as soon as possible after receipt, and at the latest within 10 working days.
- We advise to send the proof of shipment with Track & Trace keep the code well to track your shipment.
- Returning a product is free, use the supplied return label.
- Return the product with all accessories supplied, if reasonably possible, in its original condition and packaging (including protective material).
- The product must not be worn or damaged. If the product is damaged or has signs of wear, we can charge a reduction in value.
- Orders that fall outside the return period of 30 days will not be returned.
- Earrings are allowed hygiene cannot be exchanged or returned.
NB: products with a payment function may NOT be returned, except in the case of a defect, if:
- They are registered with their own bank account and/or;
- They are activated upon receipt with the activation code.
In the following cases, we can depreciation charge you:
- If the product is returned damaged, but can be repaired, we will contact you about the handling. In this case it is possible that you will be charged.
- If the product is returned damaged and/or with signs of use, but can no longer be repaired, we will contact you. In that case, the depreciation can amount to 100% of the purchase amount.
