Pay with a wristband
Your payment within reach.
Turn the underside of your wrist toward the payment terminal and hold the payment area within 2 centimeters of the contactless payment symbol. Once the payment terminal recognizes the wristband, the payment will be processed.
You activate the wristband once in the MuchBetter app and add funds to your account in advance. After that, you can pay without a phone or payment card.

Frequently asked questions about our wristbands
What size do I need?
The bracelet is available in 18, 20, and 22 centimeters. Measure the circumference of your wrist and compare it with our size chart. Since the bracelet is not adjustable, we recommend carefully checking the size before ordering.
Which part do I hold against the payment terminal?
The clasp is worn on the top of your wrist. When paying, turn the underside of your wrist toward the payment terminal and hold the payment area close to the contactless payment symbol.
Can I link my own payment card?
No. This model works exclusively with a prepaid MuchBetter account. You top up your MuchBetter balance in advance, and payments are deducted from it.
Do I need to charge the wristband?
No. The integrated NFC chip works without a battery and never needs to be charged.
Which apps do I need?
Use the MuchBetter app for payments, topping up, your PIN, and blocking the wearable. Do you also want to set up the digital business card? Then use Manage Mii for that.
What happens if I lose the wristband?
You can block the payment function in Manage Mii. Do you use Curve? You can also temporarily lock your Curve card in the Curve app. In addition, our bands don't show that you can pay with them, making them extra secure!
