- Can I still change/cancel my order?
Unfortunately it is not possible to change or cancel your order. You can return your order to us free of charge via the return procedure.
- My order was not successful, what now?
You can contact contact us if an order has not been successful, we can then watch with you and answer any questions.
- I have not yet received confirmation, was my order successful?
If you have not received confirmation of your order, please first check your junk e-mail folder. If you don't find confirmation there either, please take a moment contact with us on. We can then check whether the order has been successful.
- What payment methods are there?
You can pay with us via bank transfer, iDEAL, Bancontact, Credit card and Klarna. All payment methods are 100% secure.
When paying by bank transfer, you must make the payment within 5 working days after placing the order on NL57INGB0009592876 in the name of AdornPay B.V. The order will be shipped within 1 business day after payment has been processed.
You can pay with iDeal when you are affiliated with one of the following banks: ABN AMRO, ASN Bank, bunq, Handelsbanken, ING, Knab, Rabobank, Region Bank, SNS Bank, Triodos Bank and Van Lanschot Bankiers. With internet banking via iDEAL, the amount is immediately debited from your account. The order will be shipped within 1 business day after payment has been processed.
With this payment method you can pay directly online with a Belgian debit card. The order will be shipped within 1 business day after payment has been processed.
With Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Maestro you can pay easily and securely. The money is immediately debited from your account. The order will be shipped within 1 business day after payment has been processed.
By using Klarna you can pay afterwards. Pay easily and quickly when it suits you (after 14 days). The order will be shipped within 1 business day after payment has been processed.
Delivery time & shipping costs:
- What shipping options are there?
Homerr is a sustainable and social parcel service that exclusively uses parcel points. You can easily pick up and return a package at times that suit you, often also outside office hours. They make clever use of the empty space in delivery vans, so that they do not drive unnecessary kilometers themselves and therefore emit less CO2. Next-day delivery is extremely harmful to the environment and often not necessary at all. At Homerr the average delivery time is 3-5 working days. With the track & trace code you can easily keep an eye on the status of your package and do you want to return your order sustainably? Then fill it online return form in, no printer needed. Shipping with Homerr is possible in the Netherlands and Belgium.
When you choose 'PostNL package', your package will be delivered by a PostNL deliverer. With this shipping method you will receive a track & trace code, which you can use to track your package from the moment of shipment to delivery.
- Do I have to pay shipping costs?
When you place an order above €100, the shipping (within the Netherlands) is free. Below this amount we charge shipping costs. The amount of the shipping costs depends on the shipping option chosen (the Netherlands: PostNL €5.99 or Homerr €3.60).
The shipping costs to Belgium and Germany with PostNL are €9.95
The shipping costs to France, Hungary, Luxembourg and Austria with PostNL are €14.95
The shipping costs to Denmark, Finland, Ireland, Italy, Poland, Portugal and Spain with PostNL are €17.95
The shipping costs to Sweden with PostNL are €25.
The shipping costs to other countries in the EU with PostNL are €35.
- How can I track my order?
You will receive a confirmation of your order by email. After your package has been sent, you will receive a link with a track & trace code with which you can follow the package.
Exchange and return:

- Can I return a product free of charge?
Yes, exchange and return (within the Netherlands) is free. Use the supplied return label for this and hand in the package at a PostNL point or a Homerr parcel point.
Warranty & Complaints:
- What kind of warranty do I have on the jewelry?
6 months applies to all jewelry you buy from us guarantee. The warranty only covers manufacturing defects.
- What is not covered by the warranty?
Matters that are not covered by the warranty:
- Breakage (unless it is a demonstrable manufacturing defect).
- Damage caused by improper use by the buyer.
- Damage caused by an adjustment or repair by a third party.
- Damage caused by water and/or fire.
- Damage due to signs of use, such as scratches or discolouration.
- Discoloration due to high acidity of the skin.
- Discoloration due to the use of water, perfume, soap, lotion or hairspray.
- Discoloration due to cleaning with chemical agents.
- Loss of back of earring.

Yes, all our jewelry is nickel free.
- What is gold vermeil?
