- How can I activate my wearable?
You can activate your wearable with MuchBetter, Curve, or VIMpay.

- Can I still change/cancel my order?
Unfortunately, it is not possible to change or cancel your order. You can return your order to us free of charge via the return procedure (within the Netherlands).
Note: returning from abroad is at your own expense, make sure you are certain of your ring size before ordering a ring. Check the correct size in our size chart. Or order our Ring sizer here.
- My order was not successful, what now?
You can contact contact us if an order was not successful, we can then assist you and answer any questions.
- I have not received a confirmation, was my order successful?
If you have not received a confirmation of your order, please first check your spam folder. If you do not find a confirmation there either, please contact us. contact contact us. We can then check if the order was successful.
- How can I track my order?
You will receive a confirmation of your order by email. After your package has been shipped, you will receive a link with a track & trace code that allows you to track the package.
Payment methods:
- What payment methods are available?
You can pay at AdornPay via bank transfer, iDEAL, Credit card, Bancontact, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Paypal, and Klarna. Additionally, you can pay with an AdornPay gift card, a Sustainable Fashion Gift Card (SFGC), and Fashioncheque. All payment methods are 100% secure.
Bank transfer
When paying by bank transfer, you must complete the payment within 5 business days after placing the order to NL57INGB0009592876 in the name of AdornPay B.V. The order will be shipped within 1 business day after payment processing.
iDEAL
You can pay with iDeal when you are connected to one of the following banks: ABN AMRO, ASN Bank, bunq, Handelsbanken, ING, Knab, Rabobank, RegioBank, SNS Bank, Triodos Bank and Van Lanschot Bankiers. With internet banking via iDEAL the amount is directly deducted from your account. The order will be shipped within 1 business day after payment processing.
Bancontact
With this payment method, you can pay online directly with a Belgian payment card. The order will be shipped within 1 business day after payment processing.
Credit card
With Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Maestro you can pay easily and securely. The money is directly deducted from your account. The order will be shipped within 1 business day after payment processing.
Klarna
By using Klarna you can pay later. Pay easily and quickly when it suits you (after 14 days). The order will be shipped within 1 business day after payment processing.
SFGC (Sustainable Fashion Gift Card)
You can redeem a Sustainable Fashion Gift Card and Fashioncheque with us. During checkout, select 'gift cards' for payment and click on 'pay now'. You will be redirected to Mollie, where you can choose to redeem Fashioncheque or Sustainable Fashion Gift Card. Choose 'Sustainable Fashion Gift Card'. Enter your card number and PIN and click on 'redeem gift card'. If you need to pay extra, you can pay the remaining amount via another payment method.
Fashioncheque
You can redeem a Sustainable Fashion Gift Card and Fashioncheque with us. During checkout, choose 'gift cards' for payment and click on 'pay now'. You will be redirected to Mollie, where you can choose to redeem Fashioncheque or Sustainable Fashion Gift Card. Choose 'Fashioncheque'. Enter your card number and pin and click on 'redeem gift card'. If you need to pay extra, you can pay the remaining amount via another payment method.
Delivery time & shipping costs:
- What shipping options are there?
PostNL (within the Netherlands)
Your package is delivered by a PostNL courier. With this shipping method, you receive a track & trace code, which allows you to track your package from the moment of shipping until delivery.
PostNL (outside the Netherlands)
Your package is sent as a mailbox package to you. With this shipping method, you receive a track & trace code, which allows you to track your package from the moment of shipping until delivery.
DPD (outside the Netherlands)
Your package is delivered by a DPD courier. With this shipping method, you receive a track & trace code, which allows you to track your package from the moment of shipping until delivery.
- Do I have to pay shipping costs?
When you place an order over €100,- shipping (within the Netherlands) is free. Below this amount, we charge shipping costs. The shipping costs in the Netherlands with PostNL are € 7.95. The shipping costs to abroad are calculated during checkout.
- How can I track my order?
You will receive a confirmation of your order via email. After your package has been shipped, you will receive a link with a track & trace code to track the package.
Exchanging and returning:
- How can I exchange or return a product?
Rreturning can easily be done by sending an email to support@adornpay.nl. If you want to exchange the product, you can return the product and place a new order through our website.
- Can I return a product free of charge?
Yes, returning (within the Netherlands) is free. Use the return label that we send via email and drop off the package at a PostNL point.
Returns can only be made if the wearable has not yet been linked to the MuchBetter app or the Manage Mii app. If the wearable has already been linked, we will deduct these costs from the refund.

Warranty & complaints:
- What kind of warranty do I have on the jewelry?
For all wearables you purchase from us, a 6-month warranty applies warranty. The warranty only concerns manufacturing defects.
- What is not covered by the warranty?
Matters that are not covered by the warranty:
- Breakage (unless it is a demonstrable manufacturing defect).
- Damage from improper use by the buyer.
- Damage from an adjustment or repair by a third party.
- Damage from water and/or fire.
- Damage from user traces, such as scratches or discoloration.
- Discoloration due to high acidity of the skin.
- Discoloration from the use of water, perfume, soap, lotion, or hairspray.
- Discoloration from cleaning with chemical agents.
