  • How can I activate my wearable? 

You can activate your wearable with MuchBetter, Curve, or VIMpay.

 Order: 

All our prices include VAT

  • Can I still change/cancel my order? 

Unfortunately, it is not possible to change or cancel your order. You can return your order to us free of charge via the return procedure (within the Netherlands).  

Note: returns from abroad are at your own expense, so make sure you are certain of your ring size before ordering a ring. Check the correct size in our size chart. Or order our Ring sizer here.

  • My order was not successful, what now? 

You can contact contact us if an order was not successful, we can then assist you and answer any questions. 

  • I have not received a confirmation yet, was my order successful? 

If you have not received an order confirmation, please first check your spam folder. If you still cannot find a confirmation, please contact with us. We can then check if the order was successful.  

  • How can I track my order?

You will receive an order confirmation by email. After your package has been shipped, you will receive a link with a track & trace code to follow your package. 

 

Payment methods:  

  • What payment methods are available? 

At AdornPay, you can pay via bank transfer, iDEAL, Credit Card, Bancontact, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Paypal, and Klarna. Additionally, you can pay with an AdornPay gift card, a Sustainable Fashion Gift Card (SFGC), and Fashioncheque. All payment methods are 100% secure. 

Bank transfer

When paying by bank transfer, you must complete the payment within 5 business days after placing the order to NL57INGB0009592876 in the name of AdornPay B.V. The order will be shipped within 1 business day after payment processing. 

iDEAL

You can pay with iDeal when you are connected to one of the following banks: ABN AMRO, ASN Bank, bunq, Handelsbanken, ING, Knab, Rabobank, RegioBank, SNS Bank, Triodos Bank, and Van Lanschot Bankiers. With online banking via iDEAL, the amount is debited from your account immediately. The order will be shipped within 1 business day after payment processing.  

Bancontact

With this payment method, you can pay online immediately using a Belgian debit card. The order will be shipped within 1 business day after payment processing. 

Credit card

With Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Maestro, you can pay easily and securely. The money will be debited from your account immediately. The order will be shipped within 1 business day after payment processing. 

Klarna

By using Klarna, you can pay afterwards. Pay easily and quickly when it suits you (after 14 days). The order will be shipped within 1 business day after payment processing. 

SFGC (Sustainable Fashion Gift Card)

You can redeem a Sustainable Fashion Gift Card and Fashioncheque with us. During checkout, select 'gift cards' at payment and click 'pay now'. You will be redirected to Mollie, where you can choose to redeem Fashioncheque or Sustainable Fashion Gift Card. Choose 'Sustainable Fashion Gift Card'. Enter your card number and PIN and click 'redeem gift card'. If you need to pay a remaining balance, you can pay it using another payment method.

Fashioncheque

You can redeem a Sustainable Fashion Gift Card and Fashioncheque with us. During checkout, select 'gift cards' at payment and click 'pay now'. You will be redirected to Mollie, where you can choose to redeem Fashioncheque or Sustainable Fashion Gift Card. Choose 'Fashioncheque'. Enter your card number and PIN and click 'redeem gift card'. If you need to pay a remaining balance, you can pay it using another payment method.

 

Delivery time & shipping costs: 

  • What shipping options are available? 

PostNL (within the Netherlands)

Your package will be delivered by a PostNL courier. With this shipping method, you will receive a track & trace code, allowing you to follow your package from the moment it is shipped until delivery. 

PostNL (outside the Netherlands)

Your package will be sent to you as a mailbox package. With this shipping method, you will receive a track & trace code, allowing you to follow your package from the moment it is shipped until delivery. 

DPD (outside the Netherlands)

Your package will be delivered by a DPD courier. With this shipping method, you will receive a track & trace code, allowing you to follow your package from the moment it is shipped until delivery. 

  • Do I have to pay shipping costs? 

Shipping (within the Netherlands) is free. Shipping costs to abroad are calculated during checkout.

  • How can I track my order? 

You will receive an order confirmation by email. After your package has been shipped, you will receive a link with a track & trace code to follow the package.  

 

Exchanging and returning:  

  • How can I exchange or return a product? 

Rreturning can easily be done by sending an email to support@adornpay.nl or by submitting a return request in your customer account. If you want to exchange the product, you can return the product and place a new order via our website.

  • Can I return a product free of charge? 

No, a fee of €7.99 is charged for returns (within the Netherlands). This amount will be deducted from the refund. Use the return label we send by email and drop off the package at a PostNL point. 

Returns are only possible if the wearable has not yet been linked to the MuchBetter app or the Manage Mii app. If the wearable has already been linked, we will deduct these costs from the refund.

Warranty & complaints: 

  • What warranty do I have on the jewelry? 

All wearables you buy from us come with a 6-month warranty warranty. The warranty only covers manufacturing defects.  

  • What is not covered by the warranty? 

Matters not covered by the warranty:  

  • Breakage (unless it is a demonstrable manufacturing defect).  
  • Damage caused by improper use by the buyer.  
  • Damage caused by modification or repair by a third party.  
  • Damage caused by water and/or fire.  
  • Damage from signs of use, such as scratches or discoloration.  
  • Discoloration caused by a high acidity of the skin.  
  • Discoloration caused by the use of water, perfume, soap, lotion, or hairspray.  
  • Discoloration caused by cleaning with chemical agents.
